We have a 4 bedroom home, with double garage + workshop area (could potentially turn into a sleep out for anyone interested).

3 rooms currently empty, its just me and my fiance living here, with 2 cats and a german shepherd (awesome guard dog, but your best mate if she knows you).

We are both pretty chilled, and work mon-fri. Looking for someone who is employed full time, can pay rent and a portion of power, and can clean up after themselves.
