You are correct Woodman, these people are smarter than they are given credit for, the poor English is designed to weed out those with half a brain from responding leaving the ignorant and often greedy to think they have been singled out, what was the amount lost by NZer's to scams such as this last year I think a figure of over $4million dollars was involved.
