Despite the numbers of people tossing their toys around, and the inevitable wankers, there are some really good people on KB.
Some days it makes you proud...

It's a small world Keith. One day I may need your (or his) help to get me home.
And I do know what it's like to be parked ... and know somebody is coming ...

It's all about paying it forward, not paying it back. It really does make the world go round!:sunny:

It's the modern term for the Golden Rule, and is a pro-active, (another modern term for taking the initiative), approach. Look for ways to help, it always comes back.

And other days, you just wish you could just have a few minutes alone together.......with no witnesses ! Only one or two though.

Yip, it happen years ago also, a young fulla from down south was making his way north, he broke down in Huntly...he called me, I was 40 mins away from home at a pub but called a KB mate and told him of this blokes plight.
He posted a thread on here and within mintues, Ixion had answered the call and got in touch with Motu (who lives in/near Huntly)..he went and rescued young Jack (Delphinus) put him up for the night and figured out the problem with his bike.
It all ended with smiles as I recall
