Hi looking to replace my fuel sensor.I've looked around for second hand one with no luck. I don't even care if it works so long as the wiring is in tacked. I have a 2001 900ie S2 monster( luv it) but a new part is out of my budget. The pump is inside the tank. I stuffed up repairing my old one. I only need the wires that operate the fuel pump it tacked can any body help.

Sorry I haven't got photos but i can explain. You have to use petrol resistant plastic. Get it machined to the same shape as the base of the original sensor it only needs to be 25mm deep drill 2 off 1mm holes through it then screw 2 off 3mm set screws screws through it. Attach wiring fittings and bobs your uncle. Its been working fine for a while now no leaks. Don't have a fuel light though I just set trip meter every full. Total cost about $20. I have a drawing can't seam to attach it.
