Just trying to get a fix on the turn out for April, from what I have heard it's looking pretty good.

Tokoroa should have Henk and Rick, me and Andrew, Warren (who might need a pilot), possibly Crazyman and co, maybe Carl if he can rustle up an engine and... any one else who might turn up.

The Mt Wellington meet could have a few more, doubt if Crazyman will travel up (or maybe they will...), but we should have the above plus Chris will be there and also a gentleman who purchased a rig at the battle of the streets.
So by my count half a dozen, it would have been awhile since that many rigs were all in one place.

Get mine out of the storage locker next weekend and then will give it a big push over Easter. Have started collecting up the last parts taht I need to get it all rolling. So I see no reason why it shouldn't be ready:shutup::shutup::shutup:

I've got an engine that should work once I put the cam drive sprockets back in. Would need some notice and right now time is the enemy.
Anyone planning on taking the sidecar sideshow to Roy's hill?

I'd be keen to make it to Roys Hill, might be a bit dependent on finances and timing.

Would be great to see Carl on the track, if you need a hand I'm sure Warren and myself could spare some time over a weekend.

Caught up with a gentleman by the name of Des last week, he picked up a rig at the battle of the streets, we pushed it a bit and she fired up, ripped up the lawn a bit and looks like a cert for mt Wellington. Talked to Warren his rig is a weekend away from running so coud be 5 rigs, and Carl if he gets those engine mounts nailed.

Got the engine mounts nailed (well they the MK2 version are a shit load better than my first pathetic attempt).

Now it is just wiring, exhaust, and mounting the oil cooler. and sorting the petrol tank so it gravity feeds (or sort a new new vacuum pump and run all the lines, but gravity sounds a shit load easier).

Not much at all:yawn:
