Need it for a server to run an older game... best on xp pro

You'll probably find it hard to find an original CD. Easier just to grab an OEM CD copy and get a COA sticker from a decommissioned PC. Supposedly, it's not technically legal either but it's probably the best you can hope for if you really want XP Pro

doubt it. get win2k or nt4. both probably free now. and heaps better server-ing-ness-ism.

if you insist on XP pro, wtf do you need a "legal" copy??

i made an "illegal" copy "legal" the other day when it forgot it wasn't unactivated. dumb fucken thing.

has to be legal as has to go to the ISP to load up on the server

I have got a disk now just need a certificate

What make is the server? I've probably got a HP/compaq oem label on one of my machines you can stick on the thing.
