Hi. I'm leaving the country soon and I'm selling all of the stuff that wont fit in my back pack. Which includes (edit) 4 bikes. 3 of which are suitable, or usable for bucket racing. Or setting fire to. Whatever gets you going. The other is a slutty old vfr400.I don't have any pics of any of them, cause I'm lazy. But if you REALLY want, I could probably take some.
1- SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD 1x road legal suzuki fxr150. Currently warranted and reg'd. Cosmetically as pretty as the girl you will only bang after at least 6 beers. Mechanically it is solid. Currently has a short (loud LOUD LOUD) pipe and a larger main jet, can return to standard exhaust and standard jetting if necessary. I'd take $800 if you come pick it up. OR I can ride it to your town if it's not too far. And you buy me a cheeseburger and a bus fare home. And $800. SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD
2- the legendary magical cb125 bucket racer of glory and fame. I don't know it's origins, some of you old cunts will however. It hasn't been raced for at least a year. I haven't used it since I bought it. It's just collecting dust in my friends garage in wellington. I understand that it is as much of a part of the wellington bucket scene as the kaitoke track itself. So it will only be going to a bucketeer in the wellington or surrounding regions. $500 pick up only please.
3- SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD last and shittest of all, my spada/gl145 project that was ridden once. It has a problem with the engine. Namely it won't rev over about 4-5k rpm. If you have any real skills with working on motors, it may be an easy fix for you. Other wise, I mounted the motor myself using 6mm steel plates and 10mm 4340steel studs. The frame is all nylon'd up, folding footpegs (with nylon bungs in the end). The front disc I ground flat at work. Steel brake lines. New rubber hand grips. Chromoly subframe. Stock rims with pirelli sport demon tyres (which have loads of tread left. It may even be worth it for you just for the wheels and tires. If you own a spada, or want the same size tires. There is a few spares, nylon bits and some extra footpegs/mount plates. Also a xr200 motor that the previous owner told me was a 185. It's no lightweight at around 100kg wet. But it looks cool. And that is most important. Mostly I just want it gone and would be stoked if someone would actually sort it and ride it. I'd take $200 for it. Or a reasonable offer. SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SLOD
Any questions, pm me or put them in here and I'll try answer them as seriously as I can.
P.S I realise this may be the wrong place to post such a thread. But as most other bikers think buckets are stupid, I won't waste my time with other biker forum sections.
