My bike has started getting a vibration somewhere in the front end , i know the front brakes rub a bit ( going to clean them out in the morning ) but this feels like a flat spot or something like that. It comes in at a bout 50kms and again round 90kms but it doesnt change speed . Which is the bit that has me lost as to what it is . It started doing it on Saturday morning on the way to work , but for only bout half the trip - same for the ride home . I was thinking lack of sleep was playing with my head but it starting doing it today . I know my front tread is low , but its even wear all round . Any thoughts on what it could be

There are a number of possibilities: Wheel balance; tyre out of round; warped rotor; bent rim.
If the tyre tread is low then tyre and balance are the most likely causes.

Sounds like the tyre is stuffed. How old is it? Have you checked the date code on the tyre?
I wouldn't even think twice and dump the tyre, not worth it spitting up off.
