Nice to see their forum is full of people who speak English really good just like what they done on KB.
Some one as made me aware of the need for hi vis with a difference, but when some brought this to my attention
Thought I would ask your thoughts on this and how the company would be acting in the eyes of the law?
What stipulation and law covers "Impersonating A Official", aren't these products under review?
I am guessing this all kicked off when he ordered 10,000 of the things and spelt it wrong.

it's "illegal to impersonate a police officer"
it's illegal to use a flashing blue light on your vehicle. (because that would be impersonating a police officer)
it's illegal to use a flashing red light if there isn't an emergency. (unfortunately, issuing infringement notices isn't an emergency, and cops never get done for it)
there was a spate of people in a holden pulling people over and mugging them up here a while ago.
gotta love northland.
there was also a really good interview on the fear-psychology of policing that i meant to track down but never did.
//of course, if you don't accept the jurisdiction or the society, you're exempt from what's "legal" and what's not...

.
Pretty much covers it. There is no requirement for it to be an accurate impersonation.
