Well today I received that wonderful letter from the LTSA saying that you can apply for your full licence immediatley. As you can imgine after 2 months of waiting with my new bike I was very excited. That was until I read the letter and realised they have sent me the restricted exemption :oi-grr:

So once again while the LTSA review their processes, a little biker waits

Is that an exemption for the restricted grace period or the restricted test?
