By clubs I don't mean gangs... but I was wondering if there are good motorcycle clubs around in New Zealand. I would love to join one where I can ride and talk about motorcycles with like minded people on a regular basis. Clubs don't have to be restricted to my area, if you are in one and you like it, feel free to recommend it (for any others who are also looking for a club).

Are regular trips to an RSA/Soy Latte's/Line Dancing and oven warmed pies are your thing?

oven warmed is the only way to have a pie. Microwaves fuck the pastry.

Several of the local bike shops organise runs too, be it "Pie and Pint", "Cape to Cape" or whatever. They probably aren't the only ones in the country that do this, check your nearest dealers.

I hate buying pies on a Sunday afternoon from any small shop. They were usually baked on a Friday, reheated on Saturday, re heated again on Sunday.

As for Motorcycle clubs, the bigger formal ones are often comprised of smaller special interest groups that dont always mix, but at least you can find other riders with your same bike interests.

I went along to the Hamilton motorcycle club a number of years ago. The trial riders sat at one table, the speed crowd sat at another table, the MX crowd had their own posy. Everyone seemed to sit with their backs to the other groups. I bought a beer and tried to chat with a few. Left after an hour and never went back.

The Hamilton Ulysses club are a good mob, but I dont wont to sit through an hour of formallities, Apoligies, minutes from the last meeting, matters arising, treasurers report etc.

Does it go something like this...

The only brand that works for me, keeping me leak free during the day and night.

They are so easy to use, just like pants, I can pull them or even rip them off. They are soft and gave no rashes, and I enjoyed the pictures on each one. The only problem I had was when changing. I have to remove my shoes, pants and well everything.

Overall they were great, If I was to recommend nappy pants I would recommend Treasures and they have served me well for all these years.

I had a nice steak, bacon and cheese pie in New Plymouth once. It was a really good combo. I'm not sure if you can get them anywhere else outside of the Naki. Also, the Ratahi pies here in Wanganui are really good.

Not unheard of, but rare. Jester's is a decent place for a pie (and coffee combo)

Always blow on the pie. Safer communities together.

There is a bunch of us that like to get out from behind the keyboard and meet up for a feed and a chinwag once a month. Bikes or not. We support a local RSA. I am not sure why that is a bad thing myself but no matter what there are always mockers  It is KB afterall
