Ordered these awhile back for a bike that I no longer have. They took aaaages to arrive due to some shipping problems.
They are height and angle adjustable machined aluminium clipons for a 41mm fork, they are commonly bought by people wanting higher more comfortable handlebars on their sport bike for commuting and touring as they can come up quite a bit higher than regular clipons.
Also, they're black.
