What tyres for 18 inch rear on FZR750?

i have an fzr750 i want to race if possible but the 18x4.5 rear is a problem.

my choice it seems are the 160/60/18 bt016,pr2 or 3,roadtecz8, for the rear.
the front is not a problem as thats a 120 70 17.

What are the best tires from the above for track use and can i put a grippier tire on the front like a pilot power on the front and pr3 on the raer to get more grip on the front or stick with the same front and rear.

it would be easier if a could swap the rear to a 17 inch but not sure if thats possible.

Buy a 17" wheel then you will have unlimited tyre choice. ZXR750 works well. you will need to machine axle spacers.
