imo you'd be safer on a scooter, or get a real bike. Sorry but they're so dangerous on the road, fun little toys for carparks and backyards.

They just aren't designed/built to last for very long!

Look cool - but are uncomfortable fairly quickly.

Circuits in a car-park etc - OK.
Commutes (even very short ones) - it'll fall apart.
