Sounds like the italian factory is closing aug 1 and they have 11k global inventory to get rid of ( + 3.5k to be built in the factory before it closes ), hence sales across the planet. Going to be interesting how this pans out.

Looks more like Pierer wanted Husky's designs and intellectual property rights than the bikes and factory, will we see a red and white KTM?
Will they move all of the machinery and jigs to India so Raj and Sunil make your Husky.

Probably how the Swedish workers felt when Husky was move to Italy?
Still the oldest surviving bike manufacturer, it would be a shame if that mantle was left to those 'Mercain clown comedy bikes.

ehh. Now that's sad.
No more Bergs. Be really interesting to see what bastard they role off the floor.
I think I'll keep the 390 for a while as it may be collectable in 50 years.

So what does that mean in little NZ , Husky is a bit player in our market who will be the distributor Beckhaus or KTM-NZ ?
Looks like a red and white KTM/Husky. It just means more dealers with more product to sell.
