Why you ask ?? well I have recently moved into Westmere and im fucked if Im going to listen to the fucking speedway this coming season !! and frankly why should I, why should anyone!!

Noise like this should be outside the city limits only, the public SHOULD NOT have to listen to this week after week anymore !!
I figure I have a good few months to get the job done.

Horse-wankers complained about pukekohe race track. In response the council has enforced building code changes requiring any new building or renovation has to be made with more expensive soumd proofing gib. So property values around the track have dropped and the track has the same usage.

To counteract that Bill Buckley, owner of the springs, insisted that the springs venue and it's events etc be included on LIM reports for the local properties, so anyone buying a house doesn't have a leg to stand on

Right guys I'm wanting to earn some capital gains, so I've just purchased a house by a sewerage treatment plant, it's a bit stinky when the wind blows the right way but I'm getting a petition to shut the sewerage plant shut down. Then my houses value will go up :wings:
