Hey guys,
As some will know I am just about finished setting up my workshop which includes a small CNC mill and Lathe for doing custom work.
I thought I would let you know that I am offering my services to the bucket guys for the multiple projects on the run.
The work wont be free but I am going to charge well under my standard rate for bucket work as I love to see the cool stuff people come up with.
If you have something that needs machining post photos/drawings of what you want done here and I'll let you know If I can help out.
Any questions fire away.
Cheers,

Haha, you have read my mind. As soon as the lathe is up and running I will have a range of generic crash bungs and bobbins to put on buckets for track protection.

If you can template fxr rear sets with protected pegs, brake and gear changer I think you would be able to sell quite a few. I know I need a set.

I made these reverse cups for my NSR80 axles then put a Hansen water fitting plug in it. (not under patent.. help yourself!)

Oh cool. Glen could you please get started on a custom chassis for me. I want the suspension to be custom too and I want you to do the aluminium pouring for my custom engine you will make too. Cheers.
In all seriousness I will have some jobs for you to do soon probably haha

Nice work Sketchy.
Love the levers.
I'm sure people whom have the GPR master cylinders would be very interested in a CNC shorty lever option (hinged maybe?).
I can send you down a spare if you want to have a looksee and see if it a viable option for you to CAD up.
I'm sure the crew using them would love more replacement lever options.
The biggest issue we have had is strength around the adjuster/pivot mount (they will take a number of knocks but; bucket racing:confused: seems to be slightly rougher on them).
if this was bulked up a bit; we would all be happy.:niceone:

Hi Glenn,
This was on a bike I bought and is pretty but buggered, so could you make a new 1/2 for it and if so could you PM me with an idea of cost involved ?

Hey,
It's hard to give a cost without a bit more info. If you are keen, email me a couple more pictures with a ruler or tape measure in the photo (for scale) and I will be happy to help.

Yes it is, it was the best bit on the bike, a nice 6 pot Harrison Billet stopper but it's buggered.

Hi Stephen,
The best file for me is a .sidprt (solidworks) file or next best is a .xt (parasoild) But generally I can work with most file types.

Iges, step and STL are all fine, but just send through what is easiest for you first and I'll see if it works out ok at my end. I am using Solidworks 2010 for what it is worth.

Well, not technically CNC, but the dyno is in the Custom Components workshop so I thought I would put these videos in here for those interested.
These are a couple of videos of our latest build..
