This is just a general rant really, that and I really wish that my (working) day was over.
Now I know im supposed to be working and all that crap, but in between meetings and actual work, I do look at KB (quite a bit if I was honest) So anyway I posted in the jokes site thingy and now I cant look at the thread I started, as webmarshall has blocked it due to swear word etc. So yea, I guess it serves me rite really!

Anyone know why when you come to work all motivated like, and have the best intentions to only 'quickly' check KB, you end up on it periodically during the day more than you end up working.....


Some evenings I end up guilt tripping myself over it.....

We have a webmarshall at work but it doesn't block KB's but it did block a site on 'Burnout for social workers' - go figure! ??? I actually don't look at KB's at work any longer b/c my work has just stepped up their lack of tolerance to surfing the net at work and we've recently had a co-worker "leave" due to excessive internet use of inappropriate sites.

We use Websense at work (St kents College) for staff and students.
Tristan and I have direct access to the firewall so there are no worries there. As far as I know KB is not blocked (yet).
At Manukau tech there is no blocking except if the admins put sites in manually.
