Don't wear your running shoes when kicking your Bike over !

Especially a KX500, Foot slipped off the lever and straight through the calf on my right leg.

Happened to me about 3 weeks ago, stitches out 3 days ago ...

I'm good, but don't make my mistake ...

Yikes. Lesson learned. Hope you heal up quick.

I thought I'd be a hard bastard and start my XR200 with my hand. Little bugger nearly popped my shoulder out.

yes, i learnt along time ago not to start 500 two strokes without mx boots on, when they kick back it hurts, and i never did anything that bad,
