Hi !

I will come on your land in January and February 2014 and i would like to work and a Ducati or Triumph dealer and do some holidays.

I'm a mechanic motorcycle for Ducati and Triumph on Switzerland and i live in France. In the beginning of 2014 it will be the winter in Switzerland so i prefer to come on your land to work and exchange with the bikers of the different culture between our two land.

Is somebody could help me to find a good dealer Ducati or Triumph in New Zealand to do this trip ?

Thanks and scuse me for my poor english...

I am assuming you will have a work permit to work in New Zealand? If so then you should have no problem finding work.

Because you are looking for work with Ducati and Triumph, you will have to find something in a main center (Auckland or Wellington, forget about Christchurch)

If you are able to work on off road bikes, then you will have a better chance of finding work, New Zealand is a country dominated by farms and off road bikes, and road bikes, while popular, are still small in numbers compared to France.

Good luck!

No problem...I can translate for you.

Hi suckers.....I plan on lying on my holiday visa application and taking work that Kiwis would otherwise do. I also plan on spending most of my time sightseeing on the Ducati or Triumph that I'll be taking on a "test ride" should you be dumb enough to risk the wrath of the Dept of Immigration and employ me. My English is also pretty crap but if you're dumb enough to throw some work my way that shouldn't matter.

You're welcome....

Hi Yann. Jobs aren't exactly plentiful here these days so it might pay to either save enough money to keep you going or consider doing other work. Be sure to get a working holiday visa if you intend to work here too.

Be aware that as much as we're a friendly nation, some of us do have a particular dislike for the French.

The racism and the resentment are present in all the country. The dispute that the France and New Zealand may have are unhappy for all but i'm not accountable here. I wasn't born the Rainbow Warrior have been damaged and i think it's a shame to associate citizen with the gouvernement. I'm not agree with my governement but i'm French however. :(

I would like to come in New Zealand not only to do some holidays but to exchange experience of mechanic motorcycle with you. I don't need to work in NZ to have money, i have a good job in Switzerland with a good salary and i don't want to live in NZ. However i have for objective to learn about your life in this country, to learn about your motorcycle philosophy. I don't want to take the job of a kiwi !!

It's sure that i will take a visa and declare my status, i don't want to cheat.

Now the question is : Is it a good dealer Duacti or Triumph in New Zealand who is apt to do this experience with me ? :niceone:

I want to do this experience with happy peopole and open mind people. If it isn't possible i prefer to do only holidays in NZ !

Wow, there are a few fuckwits on here arent there!:(

Yann, contact Lindsay here http://www.bayride.co.nz/. They are a Ducati and Triumph dealer in Tauranga and they are always reasonably busy. I'm sure he will be alot more approachable about you potential exchange than some of the cocks on this website......

Failing that I have a ducati which you could work on for room and board.
You will find,as a whole, that most kiwis are friendly and helpfull to tourists no matter where they are from.Every nation has it's fuckwits.

Yann, please don't take this forum as representative of NZer's as a whole. Of all the NZ based forums I've been on NZbiker is by far the most racist.
