I've picked up a set of 32mm RGV carbs for my X7, problem is the fittings on the bowls for the powerjet hose (90 degree plastic things) are broken and missing. Can anyone help me out, either with the spigots or the whole part? Cheers.

Can you post a picky up?
It's common for the various right angle plastic fittings (unobtainable AFAIK) to break off. You can remove what is left and make your own from some fuel resistant plastic elbows, which you should be able to get at Repco or Appco (they'll probably be in a translucent small plastic suitcase, Gates brand IIRC, behind the counter, so you'll have to ask). Then just glue those suckers in an off you go. If you have a look on the RGV forums you'll find some posts with pictures of people doing just that.

Not right now, I'm at work. Cheers for the advice, I was contemplating doing that but I generally like to see if I can fix things 'properly' if I can. Can you tell me anything about the powerjet system? Does the hose length or diameter from float bowl to body affect anything?

The only thing to know is that there is a very small jet inside the hose. One side is a 35, and one a 55. I'm picking you'll want matching ones though on an X7. You could of course just block the power jet system and tune it on the main jet.
