I just listed a new iPhone on TardMe and went to go change the pricing and it said "We are currently awaiting proof of goods on one of your listings. You cannot place new listings or update existing listings in the meantime." soon after I got an email to say that I have to take a photo of the item next to a current newspaper, junk mail or utilities bill and send it through to them to prove I have the goods. That's fine, I've done that now, but how long does it take for them to process this, anyone know?

Nah I think I'd had an account on there for maybe 5 years. Doesn't matter now anyway!

Try setting your computer to the light universe. Black print is very easy to read.

I've had that happen before- somebody wanted to have a look at the item I was selling before they made a bid. That seemed perfectly fair to me so I said OK. One of the auction watchers read this and turned me into the TardMe police- in order to meet up with a potential buyer before the auction closes you have to exchange contact details. This is a violation of ToS. My account was suspended and I had to take a photo of the item I was selling next to the newspaper. Did you share contact details with anyone in your auction? If so, TardMe thinks you may be trying to cut them out of their slice of the pie.

Once I took a photo and sent it in they were pretty quick to un-suspend my account... same day, I think.

I'd have some fun with that. Take a pic with a newspaper and then photoshop the date and put in a crazy headline.
