 I saw him waffling about it in some other thread.

Maybe he just read about it online and now he's a genius? Or just a wanker?

And this....you probably don't realise but you may be countersteering now by leaning on the bars and inadvertently countersteering. But it is still countersteering and it works on all two wheeled vehicles including little kids strider riders.

Here is the bit about trainer wheels and teaching your kids to ride 2 Wheelers. Relating to bigger bikes too. Thanks Keith Code.

But realising what you are doing instinctively or accidently will open up a whole new world of performance handling and cornering for you. I told a lot of motorcyle riders about counter steering but very few believe me.

Agree but many motorcyclists don't know they are doing it or are doing it ineffectively by leaning their bodies and all kinds of irrelevant contortions. If they knew the simple technique of Countersteering its like suddenly getting a motorcycle that handles twice as good, with quicker steering, and can react to sudden rider inputs.

It's like this for 5 pages, basically none of us know how to ride for shit and this 5 minute youtube clip is news to every bike rider ever. He started threads in heaps of sections and started wanking on about the same things. I'm just playing the troll card and having fun with it.

This spazz doesn't even sound like he rides a bike...
I'd like to see him over cook a corner entry, then apply his over emphasized counter steer. We can point and laugh as he grounds out the bike frame / motor / exhaust and skids off into the wilderness. Won't be so uppity then.

Never knew how to steer a bike until today. Now I can finally ride it out of the street I live on. Big thanks to the OP for his informative posts.

Thanks Polly, that's what this post is all about, helping others to know about this effective riding technique. Bikers need to stick together and help each other out rather than cut each other down and keeping simple riding techniques as an unknown dark art.
