Yesterday I saw a young fella riding a mobility scooter that they had put a petrol motor in. He must have been doing 30 - 40 kmh ( he was pretty much keeping up with the traffic ) No safety gear of course and if the coppers caught him he would go for a skate but a gold star for resourcefulness :devil2:

It's my language and I'll change it as I see fit. Actually my old man had one in UK and it was called a motability scooter on account of the motability scheme it was procured under. But I guess I'm in NZ now so I'll admit I was incorrect on this vary rare occasion.
