A friend has just got a job at a screen printing shop and I thought a few tee shirts would be fun.
A bike and rider with knee down on one side and a slogan on the other..
Thinking caps on..

BUCKET RACERS DO IT ON THE CHEAP

The old ones had a Pirelli Phantom tyre tread and the catchy phrase(at the time) "I'd rather be bucket racing". I think there was some others with the Bridgestone (I think) drawing of a bike and rider at full lean. I have a full size drawing of that round here somewhere, done for me by a very nice WAAF in the technical library at Avionics a long time ago.

It would be good to see a old one, found some slogans..

Everyone crashes. Some get back on. Some don't. Some can't.
Pie and coffee are as important as petrol.
People are like Buckets: each is customized a bit differently

I think the others were life is better on a bucket. Bucket racers do it on thier knees, Do it on 50s, 100s & 125s (note old rules) and so forth.

I have 3 or 4 old T shirts & was thinking of starting a remember these thread. but I was too lazy.

Brilliant, keep them coming..
I'm not in this for making any money, just want to get some fun shirts to promote the sport
Can we get down to one slogan for this time next week?
How many do you think I should order? More will equal a better price..
I think 20 would go easy in Auckland but what about any other clubs ?

How about this little gem.

'Well I knocked it apart after some strategic propane torch application on the joints. Course it may have been helped by the fact I cured the paint off at 50* in the oven. But forgot to remove it. Then the wiff turned the oven on to warm it for dinner. Maybe the Devcon didn't like 200odd degrees. Sure stunk out the kitchen'

Might have to use small size print but I think it is worth it.
