I'm having a Thai banquet at 11.30am so am staying empty for that
otherwise gelatinous soup made with meat bones, split peas and vegetables

Are you trying to help KBers with their diets?
Someone here tried that recently too, you might have a lot in common with them...

Ooommm

Most morn's Rice fried in butter, add currie and Garlic salt to taste, the top is one poached or egg fried in clean oil, garnished with some parsley. Now that keeps a working man/woman going till late into the arvo if needed. Next best Honey puffs with a large spoonfull of Apricot yogurt. That also will keep you going late into the arvo if needed.
Works for me anyway.

Nice breaky,

Lucky for me(well unlucky for me in $$$ wise) i've finished work for the day, so time plenty of time for coffee and cigs.

Sometimes i miss being a Printer, being paid good money to smoke and drink coffee (oh and work sometimes). I can't drink the 15+ cups a day any more tho...

Eaten toast for years about 50, but with a high cholesteral count ( never get it checked) was advised to try porridge instead. So been using the one-serve packets last 6 months with no sugar, by jove it works, and iv'e lost 3 ks. The baddy fats must stick to the cheap Scottish lumps and go right down the long drop.:doctor:

Bull shit, these chickens get the best of everything. I am not the NZ government, I will not feed the fuckers who are too lazy to get out of their house and scratch around for a feed themselves. The rest of the chooks are doing just fine, and are quite happily munching on the intestines of their former housemate. :devil2:
