I've done a few rallies over time and was looking at my badge wall over the weekend and having a look at the ones we used to do.
Whose got other badges, patches, and regalia from bike rallies current and ones that have dissappeared over time?
And tales to go with them too......

Three the Deep South Grover Chasers Touring Bunch have run over time but sadly gone by, were all excellent meet ups...The "Skeleton", The "Bare Bones" both held at Benmore Pub (now a private residence), and The "Glenorchy".

The bunch still hold annual badged invite rally, Toy, and Easter Egg runs.

a few rallies? Good one.

I miss the Lemming run. Not really a memento type rally huh, but good fun & the crazy bodges people did to get the bikes there & out again (back at stonewall, not drive the bus in Ocean Beach last couple of times).

Not as many as jelly but I have lost a couple over the years. Been to more cold duck and sulphur city rallies than I have badges. Also done loads of Valley Locals and a few one nite stands.

I'm picking 83 spyda.
But i/we,as in nearly everyone in NZ was permantley pissed back then.
Wasn;t it the year that gumby fell off at the entry gate due to a little too much internal lubrication at Waiouru? (forgot/couldn't put his foot down when stationary).
Those were special days. Hang on, wasn;t that the year you rode naked through six cross.

Got a Black Duck (WA Lake Dumbleyung badge somewhere, circa 97)

I had a round green one as well but that vanished some years ago. It might have been as tri boy said, the year you streaked through the six cross site. :eek5: Whats been seen can never be unseen!!
