On a rather less funny note:

Earl Baker, 34 has made his first court appearance on a misdemeanor charge stemming from the accident in which a motorcyclist was killed when a toilet fell off a trailer.

Baker has been charged with failure to secure a load. The maximum penalty upon conviction is 30 days in jail and a US$200 (Around NZ$285) fine.

Doesn’t really compare with the cost to the biker’s family, does it? Personally I’d say it should be manslaughter.
