Does anyone know of a good supplier for SV650 engine cover protectors and a shark fin ?

The larger covers I have seen so far are quite pricey. I have seen smaller and cheaper options for many other makes and models, but not the SV.

Is anyone just attaching nylon like they do at the buckets ?

For a shark fin you can grab a fin off a surfboard and attach it where the paddock stand bobbins screw in.

The covers are pretty damn expensive though unless you know someone who can weld a couple of bits of metal together for beer.

This and a couple of other rule changes,Will not be effective until Jan 1st 2014,So no need to panic just yet,Also the new rule will read "All lateral engine cases that MAY come into contact with the ground" If you have "wally knobs" etc that will stop the cases touching the ground,Or the cases are not exposed,IE they are behind the fairing,Then you need to change nothing,I have sharks fins in stock,$30 for carbon or $20 for fibreglass.
