Hi all,

Been on my restricted since December of 2011 so I'll be taking my full test as soon as I book.

I was wondering if there is a specific place that would be best to book at in Auckland - I don't have trouble on motorways or anything like that but don't wanna get mucked around for something silly. I live on the shore right now.

Apparently it's the same test as my restricted test was (since they.swapped around) so that'll be good.

I've searched for general advice but couldn't.find anything for my question on the forums.

Go to any testing place. What does it matter? No matter where they take you, if you can ride a bike you'll pass. Don't stress just book the closest station at the closest time.

Make sure you don't clip any wing mirrors during the lane-splitting section of the test.

Dunno about that. A significant amount of it is up to the tester.

Once, I was assigned this really good gentleman who was very polite and explained things very clearly and had a very positive outlook.

Another time, I got a guy who was mad at me right from the get go (You'd have thought I had taken his first born). He had a digital voice recorder with him and informed me 'he'd be recording our interactions' probably because people before me had complained he was being an unreasonably harsh prick.
