Love too CSL but...

The flu / sore throat thing is driving me nuts and I'm on antibiotices. No drinkies and early nights for me for the foreseeable future...

Yeah well, we stayed too long and missed our next appointment. But it was worth it.

We really enjoyed meeting up with CSL and Mr CSL, Str8, Skunk and Skunk Control, Candyman and EddieB last night, sorry to have missed LB, Sels1 and Paul in NZ.

Skunk kindly guided us out of the central city and onto the motorway again afterwards (we'd managed to get lost getting into town, so we were glad to have expert guidance getting out)

Have to head back up the island tomorrow and Friday so we have been stretched for time to meet people. Was good catching up with Eurygnomes on Tuesday as well. Had hoped to catch up with Hitcher and get our English adjusted, but maybe next time.

Don't worry, Waylander, we'll be back in the Waikato soon and will be listening out for the sound of your bike.

The roving Wolf Clan is now safely home, feeling enriched for having met some of our Southern KBers.

I took a Honda GL400 for a short ride when we stopped in at my brother's house in Levin so I'm also feeling less antsy - at least I'm not feeling the "withdrawal symptoms" as keenly as before.

Didn't hear it over the squalling of an over-tired cub - surprised you didn't hear that as you went past.

I may have. Checked over my shoulder to make sure there wasn't a cop back there. Must have been some subliminal reaction to hearing a wailing.:sweatdrop

Couldn't have been going that fast though. I didn't even have to lean the bike to get around the s-bend... seriously need a speedo cable.

Anyway now the bikes all together (sortof) I might be coaxed into letting you take it for some short spins to put off that itchy throttle wrist, unless you have you're own cure.:tugger: Lol J/k.
