I'm thinking of going. Anyone else going from Auckland area that I could ride with?
Quite peeved that the 2013 Kiwi was cancelled, my bike is all ready and waiting. Had a brilliant time last year, didn't know anyone but everyone was really friendly, was a great atmosphere

Thats the beauty of it - you don't need to go with anyone or know anyone to have a good time. My first year I went on my own and had such a blast - not have a regular crew that I met there who I tag along with - they seem happy enough each time for me to do so.
A few different things look like they are being organised for the same weekend around the place - The crew I know are in the midst of organising something else - I might just have to tag along. Ace!

I arrived, introduced myself to my tent neighbours and they invited me to for a beer by their fire. Spend the weekend sitting around drinking, laughing and chatting to a great bunch of blokes.

I've just booked in, can't stay home that weekend. Nallac, if you or anyone else are coming thru Auck and wouldn't mind an extra rider, would you mind picking me up on the way? - anywhere from Oteha Valley Rd south.
