Anyone know a good compliancing firm in Dunedin or somewhere else south of Timaru

Ive got an imported Chang Jiang, that got rejected up north for having the sidecar on the wrong side, despite the factsheet saying it can be on either side.

I want to find a compliancing firm that actually knows what its talking about with old bikes...

cheers

Do you have any paperwork from the company you got it from?

The side car can be on either side here.

I had one done a few years back, they suggested I bring it in without the sidecar, i did and it passed.
They initially told me to bugger off as " the brakes are pre war"
I did have a plastic rego doc from China saying 1959 and they were ok with that.

Took my freshly restored 1970 Jawa Californian to VINZ here in Hamilton last year for compliancing and the bloke they get to come in to do bikes for them (in his mid 50's) had never even heard of a Jawa...muppet :tugger:
