Is anyone using Simpro software for work.
How are you finding it to use and what conditions do you need to accept
to use it.
My present employer has just implemented this software and Ipads at work.
I can see benefits especially for our office people but this first week trying to understand it and use it have left with a strong urge to put the axe thru it.
The training was a bit of a joke.
I'm not too impressed with the company policy which states they must not be left in company vehicles unattended AT ANY TIME.
As a trades person it isn't practical to carry it with us at all times and it makes it vulnerable to damage..eg drops etc. and putting it down somewhere so we can use both hands to work means it could be stolen easily.
The other concern is our company expects us to pay the excess on insurance claims for loss or damage.
Haven't signed the policy document yet and I'm not planning to.
S'ppose I'm gonna need a new job soon.
