Please include punctuation in your sentences. You are likely to get more responses if people can actually follow what you're saying.
The KTM throttle sticking on is common, its most likely that the cable got caught on something and jammed it part way on. Just check that its not getting hung up on the carb or the throttle housing. Its common because of the stupid stock routing of the cable, going in front of the bars means it can more easily get caught on the bar clamps when turning or whatever.
I fixed it by using a longer cable routed behind the bars, which is also captive at both ends so it can not be pulled out.

He only noticed after water crossing so the sand got mixed with the water , instant grinding paste it's now in the engine going up and down a few thousand times before stopping .
Instant hone at best or over bore at worst, only way to be sure lift the head to check bore and piston/rings.
Wait for the question how much for a new barrel or do I re plate ?

Yeah I wouldn't worry too much, that's a typical KB "The sky is about to fall on your head, mate" diagnosis. If it's running fine, it's probably fine.
