The gixxer is gone and there is a new toy in the garage and am absolutely loving it:headbang:. Fuel consumption... what fuel consumption, its about as economical as my v8 but fantastic on our northland roads. Bring on summer i say!

very nice, was on my list of consideration but lacking a bit in horsepower. and as for the weather yip, have ridden further wet than dry so far
@ Stylo, the yellow is definitely better in real life if a little conspicuous!
Big Al, yeah havnt managed to break it so far, am aware of the difficulties others have had with the local importer so heres hoping this one is all good.

Nice score mate! The missus got her4s a year ago now and I still maintain that it is the best 'sports bike' I have ever ridden.
We changed out the front sprocket for a -1, added a Gianelli exhaust, removed the flapper valve and naturally scored a tail tidy for it.
Enjoy, it's hard not to
*pic taken when new so not everything done

Very nice indeed wynw.
Was very tempted last year to trade the triple on one, but put off by lack of support if something went wrong.
Think I'll now wait to check out the 1290 Superduke.:D
