Just stripped and polished ect my GB 400 forks as they were in need of some love, however, now reassembling them and having a few issues, the fork guide ring thing (no idea what you call it) just below the seal needs putting back in (I assume) so I can put the seals ect back in, any suggestions? I know Google is my "friend" but some friends don't know jack, any help would be appreciated!
