Why is this dumb bitch being applauded, for speeding and racing a car in a 50k area?
I will never understand certain things. I have accepted that and can live with it. But seems to me, we should be pointing out that such behavior is reserved for CUNTS. The same CUNTS that usually get flamed, so long as they are CUNTS with balls.

Yeah it's funny cause I fully thought I'd get flamed. Anyway they started it by riding my ass! Less racing more like me trying to get away from them when really I should have just pulled aside.

Agree. Not even a wheelie. LOSER.
Sorry, I'll try harder next time.
Anyway I think they were upset with me cause I filtered to the front of the lights beforehand and took off quickly once the lights went green and all was clear, left them for dust. Maybe a couple hundred metres up the road noticed them getting closer and closer until they started riding my arse, sped up to get some distance between us and they sped up too, did it again, so did they, then they tried to undertake me, it's only a one lane road but relatively wide, that's when I sped up again to get some distance and out of the corner of my eye between two cars coming the other way I saw the cop car and knew I was done for. Flashed their lights and sounded the siren, the other car pulled over first cause they thought it was them, but I figured it was me so pulled over and sure enough... It makes for a good picture but that's about it, there are better things I could have done with that money like I dunno, spent it on my kids? and now I no longer have a pretty much squeaky clean license!
Edited to add, it was on Neilson St, near some park? about half way down that road anyway.

Yip, there's no crime in NZ and that's why the govt employees retards stop you for going over the limit.
Their moron bosses tell them that speed kills, so they go out of their way to stop any speeding they see, over and above stopping drugs & violent crime offences etc. Let's face it, a crime's a crime, so let's go for the easy ones like speeding to solve.
If they could work out that it is bad riding/driving that kills (irrespective of speed) and not riding/driving safely over the speed limit; they might make some headway.
I guess it's just too tough for the powers that be
I was in the UK for 2 months and you can do 140Kph all day long and not get stopped. Far fewer people/000 die on UK roads than on NZ roads. I guess it's something to do with how people drive.
Hence, proof that speeding on roads makes you live longer. Someone tell the morons in charge of the NZ Police, 'cos they just ain't getting it

I think it should be lower in 50k zones though. Not just to be an arsehole, but 20k over should be the walking home speed I think.

28 days not 30. Those 2 days don't seem so insignificant when it's you who is walking either, before you call nitpicking. I think the court appearance comes in once you're over 40k above or maybe at 50. I say this because I've had personal experience of an instant 28-day suspension but without a court appearance - I was doing 110 in a 70 zone smack in the middle of a reasonably long open road stretch. It was this year too so recent enough.

I have never had a need to know how much over the speed limit you get xyz result, why would I when nothing like this has happened to me before? and no, you don't need to have an understanding of demerits etc. to ride or drive on the road, only people who commit offences do. I wasn't implying that the cop you dealt with was a cunt or an arsehole. Just that I am starting to see a new light on those that are.
It's not demerit points that have you walking from above 40kph over the limit. It is deemed to be dangerous driving. I can concede that motorists might not need to know that I guess, unless it's in the road code of course.
My knickers aren't twisted at all. They were bunching round my spuds yesterday at the track something fierce though.

So your argument here, if it could be called that, are the road users in the area are low lives so you shouldn't worry about their safety?
It's Waikaraka park race track and most people travel that road at around 65-70 kms and higher.
You even got the walking limits wrong while bagging somebody else out for not knowing them.
So why don't you just stick to shit you know something about ya' fucking hillbilly.I'm terribly sorry for not stating that you need to be exceeding 40kph over the limit to get an instant walk.
Loving, "most people travel that road at around 65-70kms and higher". Great logic. Fuck the people who do obey the law, because some others don't.

Drew, speed limit + 40 (or more) is a 28 day walk, 50+ is a dangerous driving charge. If they charge you of course.
I think I remember seeing something about temporary zones still being 50+ for a 28 day walk, unless it's been updated.

More speed, greater risk. If you take that risk in a populated area, you are endangering seemingly innocent bystanders. If you take that risk alone, go for it.
Is it double standards (by your interpretation) for the government to enforce a 50km/h speed limit around residential streets and 100km/h on a motorway?

Hiding away with five other geeks and a di that went to infinity, didn't really factor into things.

Mate all I can do now is laugh about it .... why dwell on it & let it get you down ... I have done two 28days off ( read as 35 by the time they get their shit sorted ) & am now looking at 3mths ....
it is a case of shit happens, both times I was the only vehicle around ( other than Mr :Police: ) & both times it was NOT an excessive speed.
1st time I did not run as I did not think I was speeding / going the speed I was quoted & if I had run I very much doubt he would have got me
2nd time the cunt was smart & I was on the motorway he did not turn the disco lights on until was within 80m of my ass at which point I had slowed to the posted speed . ( turns out I also went to school with him & he also rides a bike, hence why he used the sneaky tactic of leaving it till last second before he put the lights on as he knew there was no way the dunny door could have kept up )

The fine has only just been ticked up ( admitted guilt so to speak ) ...... I have had to wait since then to be able to tick that up since I dont have $510 in my pocket, we are in 2013 ffs I SHOULD be able to say yup I fucked up ... set me up a time payment & lets go .... but no .... the cops give you 28days ... then send you a letter reminding you that you have to pay the fine ( just incase you forgot )
they then give you ANOTHER 28 days & then it goes to court ....
& then you get ANOTHER 28 days ( see where this is going ? you keeping up with the amount of wasted time here ?? )
& finally then you can tick the fine ...
On the phone the poor sap that answers your questions & takes you details then tells you that they want it payed off in 3 mths ... can you do that ...
after the laughter has stopped the answer is normally no ... followed by ... I will pay you $10pw ...
to which he replies , ok we will have to means test you ... sure by all means go ahead dude ... income of $xxx a week & rent is $500pw ... you do the math ....

It's illegal for a police officer to speed as much as any other road user. They are only allowed to speed when their disco lights are on (safety issue). And only to catch up to people once they have broken the law.
A cop caught up to the bike without any lights on, the bike was at or above the speed limit. The cop had to be speeding/breaking the law to catch up.

Yup cops every where on my last ride ..... But we had a big group and I set lead with the slowest behind me and set the pace to them....... probably saved a few tickets. We did have bikes pass us, only to come around the corner and see a cop sitting behind them :P
Must have been so disappointing for the cops to see a group of bikes coming and dish no tickets... even when hiding in a spot just inside the 50k area.

Re being a Holigan, BL yer full of shit.
You got a ticket, you came on KB, the first few took the bait and said, " you poor thing" the rest of us ignored your obvious sympathy ploy and told you, you got what you deserved.Which you did.
The thread went balistic.
Good for you.
However the thread has pinpointed a few people who should never be allowed to ride motorcycles again.
The attitude needs to change people, do the crime, do the time, no one disagrees with this, but too many replying to this thread have seen nothing wrong with your apparent whinging about being ticked in an industrial area for speeding.
I used to cross that road every day for nearly 6 months while I built a large factory, my staff also crossed that road everyday, it was dangerous to say the least and to be caught out by a motorcycle speeding past other traffic wasn't pleasant.
Bottom line, speeding, caught, whine about it, troll for the sympathy vote, no worries but to actually think there was nothing wrong with doing it because it is an industrial area and no one goes the speed limit. Fail!
You have become a Hooligan and you are not repentant, in fact you have by default encouraged others to follow suit.

the part that scares me in this thread is those that think its OK to out run the cops because they can....in fact they belittle people that didn't try to out run them, trying to outrun cops is just putting everyone at risk, the cop, the public and the dick head on the bike trying to run!

I've read the whole thread from the beginning.
BL has progressed from a couple of small learner type bikes to a Motard in a short space of time.
She's had one or two not so nice experiences and shared them here in KB too.
I did not miss the humour, nor did I miss the obvious tongue in check, but I won't tell anyone that gets pinged for speeding in town that it's OK because.
Those that do, for whatever reason are simply condoning that sort of action and that is totally counter productive to our attempts to be recognised as responsible road users.
I do believe that from what she has told us about this incident on her new fast as motard, whether she thinks so or not, she is rapidly becoming a hoon. That is simply my own opinion.
I'm sure she will simply pay the fine and as she has said endeavour not to attract another and most likely come into KB and troll hard out to see who bites.
Before you say it, I do ride with a bit of passion from time to time, usually when there's no one else on the open road ahead of me and usually when I've not spotted a Police car anywhere near me, can't guarantee they're not there, just that when I looked they weren't.

She rides more like Kim D on Sundays ride than a hoon and would have fitted in on that ride nicely .... or was that your humor kicking in
I bet next time she gets someone tailgating her she will pull left and let them go rather than open it up to get a gap :nono:
What he said.

I think a raid is called for, whos got the gun today & is the chopper available?
How terribly unsubtle. Only that other uncouth team engage in such macho activities.
We can destroy people with just a keyboard.

Slow down Rossi.
The circumstances preceding the speed that day were accepted (50% of at least) by the issuing officers superiors, hence the ''No Further Action Will Be Taken'' reply.
A cop will always ask you ''what is the reason for your speed''? what you say directly after that question, pretty much is not heard at all by the questioner.
Point is, most of us will/do exceed the speed limit. Luck has paid a part from time to time in a lot of cases I am sure. It's probably a fucking embarrassment which is why you don't see people posting about it when it happens to them.

I dont know why, but her KB posts always made me think of a fat middle aged woman, kinda like dotcom, but shes actually the opposite.
(No stalker, was checking out her bike at the Blue ride, saw her get on it, then realised later it was probably her).

I hope you didn't look too hard. Obviously not, else your eyes woulda started bleeding from the hurt.

Why do people keep spreading around my FB page link? It's so wierd, I've heard this almost a half a dozen times now. What do people expect me to look like? The funniest thing is that people in the "real world" have formed a similar opinion of me in the past, one time a customer said (after meeting me for the first time) HE: "You're not what I expected you to be", ME: "Really??? And what was that?" HE: "A FAT LESBIAN."  The fat part is right, just not the middle aged or lesbian bits. I'm somewhere between 0 and 5, probably a 3.5, self rated of course.

Just take a look at one the ads for that "Embarrassing Fat Bodies" programme, you'll feel a whole lot better about yourself when you see those poor people (and your eyes will bleed).

I think its a combination of your constant grumpyness, and the fact you can spell.
If you used text speak or something, that would somehow seem more girly. I dont know how these things work.
And yeah, I love the rims and tyres on your bike, hence the bike perving. The guys who were gonna do the ride with me had ditched, leaving me to small talk with wierd old men and check out the bikes. If it makes you feel any better I got a faceful of crappy exhaust in my face sitting behind you.

Took me about 4 minutes to find with a little KB general knowledge. The internet's a small place.
It's not stalking if it's on Facebook.
