hey all, i've gone and dropped my bike, its a 1994 f650 funduro, nothing terribly bad, but the handlebars are bent up at the ends now, and i think my master cylinders gone on the back as its totally stopped working. a few checks and yeah it is..

anyway i was wondering if anyone has any recommendations on handle bars and where to get them and a new rear caliper. any help would be much obliged

many thanks in advance

Hi, Have had same problem, as cage that hit me was not insured & neither was I at the time, so went for cheap. Nice to get bmw bars but cost heaps, same with rear master cylinder. Got similar bars from local bike shop for about $50, after they tried to bend the originals back to shape. This is first option as long as they don't split.
If there is no damage or bent stuff on the m/cyl maybe try a kit. Another possibility is second hand, maybe not NZ,trade me, ebay, etc but try motorworks.co.uk. I have got new & 2nd hand bmw parts from them for half quoted NZ new price, including freight & duty. Make sure the cost is under$400 including freight, or customs will steal heaps off you(they call it duty & levies)

I've got the original set of handlebars for my 2002 f650cs sitting in a cupboard (purchased the OEM heated grips kit from Motorworks and it came with a new set of bars as well), not sure if they would fit an earlier model though?
