Old Thumpers 2014 (8-9 February)

old thumpers will be held at onekaka ,golden bay on the 8th & 9th of feb 2014.
the trial is on the 8th - the scrambles on the 9th.
this is the 20th ann of old thumpers so will be a goodun!

oldthumpers trial was hotly contested by 13 riders. all riders received their "trophy" supplied by the mussel inn
plus goodies from Castrol nz.
the motocross was simply awesome to watch with around 100 plus bikes of all ages being punted hard around a
serpentine track with minimal dust thanks to rain on Friday
prize giving was held at the mussel inn as usual with the organizers usual hard case awards to deserving
victims.
many thanks to all the sponsors who supplied goods & vouchers for the event, and to those riders who traveled
from all over nz.
keep this event in mind for next year as it is always good fun with some of the best racing to be seen in nz.:second:
