Yep im still lurking around, bought a new Busa and thought a good run would be to go over and watch the racing - at the same time having a good ride. Havent done the block for awhile.

I think that's what most people do now days. Good to see you are still around. So what would that be, your 3rd Bush? I've still not been called back to work yet so it's looking like I'll be starting sat or our bugger it all.

Way to go... That would be an awesome ride. When you have time you should try going further down south, like the Haast pass that road is a minta.

All good - Im looking forward to a cruise round the block. I copped 50 demerit points today - went round corner 1st to 2nd gear about a 2 second blip on the throttle and ping Busted. Own fault - have to refrain from boyish behaviour.:weep:

So if anyone wants to head over with us - we will organise a leaving time closer to the day.
A lot less traffic going over Lewis Pass as well. A nice hot pie in Reefton - then a nice cruise down to Greymouth.:scooter:

Watch out for bacon, last year they had a sneaky laser just outside Reefton

It will be a nice quiet ride over - if we leave early then wont need to be speeding. Will watch out for them just in case one does a U-turn in front of us.

Let me know what time you decide on heading over on Sat morning. I'm going to go via Lewis as well but will stay a few nights and head back Monday. Will be on a Beemer F800 so might be a bit of a struggle to follow a Busa though!

I was more worried about the crappy weather due to blow thru on Sunday.

Weather in Greymouth is alright, even saw the sun briefly before. Was a bit damp riding over yesterday Lewis. Heard Arthur's was pretty bad.
