I'm looking for someone to ride with. I've ridden bikes on and off for at least 20 years. From road to dirt bikes . I done the dusty butt this year on a Ktm525 and now ride a 650 v strom. Im hoping to do the dusty again next year as well . Everyone I know has road bikes and there not keen to give up the sealed roads :brick:Also keen to find new places to go explore.

PM me when your next coming to Central, I ride with a group of "Elder Statesmen" who are renowned for arranging some awesome relaxed adventure rides (Paradise etc) and the occasional narly ones. (think Awakino Gorge)

One of our group is another refugee from Dunners, (who I think you may know) so we have a bit of form for taking in strays, as long as you're a good bastard;)

Shame you're not bringing the bike, rides planned this weekend are:

Alex to Haast for a cup of coffee then return

Alex, Wanaka, Crown Range, Queenstown, Glenorchy for lunch, then back to Cromwell for a BBQ :niceone:

A splinter group is heading to Waimate for the sprints.

And a play in some dirt somewhere yet to be decided.

Maybe next time.....
