Limited numbers to start to assess demand. Any requests please go through trade me. I will be increasing what i stock to keep you racing as required. I am happy to try source parts as long as there is a demand for it.

I am hoping to try keep some stocks of these parts as long as they have enough interest and will add to them as time and demand dictates. More parts on their way including 2mm oversize cylinder kits.

Cheers

Saw that, but figured he'd sold out.

Rich had bought all the 10mm oversize kits before that.

Thanks Dutchee.

Sorry about the links, not sure what happened there.

I have ordered and am hoping for delivery in the next couple of weeks of:

+2mm cylinder kits are yet to arrive and will include cylinder, piston kit and head and base gaskets. Im hoping to get these out for $300 shipped and $50 refund if you exchange in your old cylinder.

Complete Gasket kits which should go out at $50 shipped.

Valves, both inlet and exhaust @ $75 shipped

Conrod Sets $100 shipped

Racing adjustable rearsets for the FXR and CBR125/150 which i should be able to put out for $200 shipped.

I can get Complete FXR150 cylinder heads with oversize valves but are pricey so have not ordered this time.

You might want to post an indicative price for the heads to gauge interest. Up til now that has been the one thing that if you trash it the rest of the engine is rendered useless.

What Brand?

What Brand?

No more questions , very busy

What Brand?

Hi Rod kits will be genuine Suzuki.

Cylinder head with valves only from memory would be around $650.

Cylinder head, complete with oversize valves, cams, shims, hd valve springs, titanium retainers would be around $850

I would need to combine ordering these with the next stock order to get those prices and spread the shipping costs. If there is any interest i can look at putting them onto the next order.

Well as long as the order i have placed arrives then i should have 3 coming.

I will order more to try and keep stocks up so there are always some available if nessesary, so people dont need to stock pile. I only ordered a few of each item to start with to guage what demand i will get for what bits.

My intention is to keep parts on the shelf so they are available quickly within NZ, and at reasonable prices if i can work it out right with the shipping.

I'm wondering how ridiculously loud this muffler will be on an FXR with cams. I'm guessing very but still curious.

Just be aware in NI that we're facing real noise issues so may need to be careful what you are selling lest customers get grizzly that their new can fails noisewise (unless of course it is quiet, in which case everyone will be more than happy). But doesn't look particularly mufflerry,.

Sounds like a good idea to get those FXRs back intact enginewise.

There's noise problems looming at ruapuna again too - the local residents are having another go encouraged and supported by a developer who is eyeing land to the west of ChCh...

As it happens i have one of those mufflers here on a Norton 500 twin racebike. I didn't buy it or fit it....quality is good. It's lined with absorbent material which i have to say doesn't have much volume or thickness. i haven't as yet heard it running but the owner says it's reasonably quiet. part of this may be because the tailpipe he's fitted is too small.....we'll see.
I really don't know how effective it'd be on a cammed FXR. Hopefully we'll see one fitted at the BoB.

Both options i have now also come in a more baffled version, i just didnt order them as i assumed freeer flowing would sell better for racing. I can probably look at getting baffled ones if anyone is interested.

I have yet to run one on a bucket but looking at the construction i would assume they would be on par with any "normal" style race muffler yoshi, arrow etc, baffle tube and perforation sizes, spacing and numbers look comparible.

If they proove too loud, and the noise police get pippy, i will investigate getting DB killers imported or made to put in them like they do for road bikes.

Yeah we have to be proactive. Just redone both my mufflers on 2 smokers to be well under rather than just ok.

Hey Olly you got any replacement FXR camchains or maybe even a link?
Actually maybe I should keep pulling it apart and see what else I might need after letting go at 14K in 4th gear, it did go awfully silent and not the usual mechanical cacophony that spells carnage ...

Hi no cam chains on this order im afraid but may add a few to the next one. from the looks of your pics you may be after a new rod and cylinder kit and set of valves if that head and bottom end is ok. shipment is due to land tues/wed so will update with pics when I have gone through it.

cheers
