Bought myself a new toy yesterday. Don't laugh... this is a mid-size bike here, and anything bigger would be just too clumsy in such traffic conditions.
I started with a 2008 Kawasaki Fury 125, to see if I could adapt to the conditions, as I hadn't ridden since I left NZ 18 months ago. After 2 months with that, it was a bit light for 2 up, let alone 3 or 4, and as I had adapted to the conditions I splashed out on a 2014 Yamaha Vega Force I, (or VFI), a 115 EFI model.
First time I've loaded pics... hope it works!
The Kwaka was a bit "boy racer" so I sold it to my stepson. All this with the full encouragement of my lovely pillion.289075289076

Used an almost identical model in Rarotonga a couple of months ago. Good machines where you can't go fast and they run on the smell of an oily rag too :niceone:

Sounds like you've adapted pretty well then lol Enjoy the bike!

The odometer read zero when I collected it. You can't get much newer than that. After the Kwaka it was like getting out of a WW2 jeep and into a Lexus!

This type is referred to as an "Underbone" we know them as stepthrus. Only weighs 105kg with all fluids so the ptw ratio is quite good.
