Bought some Alpinestars boots back in March this year, I've done a few thousand kms in them since then and recently figured out for sure that they were leaking, which was surprising since they were gore-tex lined.

A few people suggested if something gore-tex is leaking you should take them back, so finally did that last week, they were sent off for testing and sure enough got handed a brand new pair today.

So I just wanted to mention what I think is great service, hopefully my feet will be dry from now on :niceone:.

Seems like Alpinestars warranties are pretty good. I recently received a new pair of GP Plus gloves (Cyclespot) because I wasn't happy with the bits of thread coming undone around the fingers.

Was sent off for inspection like your boots were and a new pair within a week, great communication throughout too.
