I was involved in checking our containers from China when stock arrived a few times a year in my last job - did the bio course etc and had my 'ticket'. I took it seriously - my boss on the other hand was obsessed with how much the fork lift rental cost and if he was there I refused to be involved as he ignored all bio-procedures in a mad rush to empty the container.
