Where to buy decent wheel balancer?

I'm after a decent wheel balancer so I can balance the wheels up after tyre changes.

Does anyone know where to get decent quality ones in NZ?

they take a bit of skill to get good at using but you can get a wheel as well balanced as any machine with a bit of practice.
