Like the way in typical German thoroughness the gravel run off is exactly the right length and positioning

In the very last hard whack you can see the airbags hanging out the window.
I figure the best way to to that track is first spend many many hours on Playstation!

Nah bugger the Playstation approach...the best way is to go around there on a couple of hotlaps with one of their own Ring Meisters in a highly modded car. I done that last year and all I can say...:laugh:

That last one was a doozy. I hear they charge you for the fence if you break it, if he sells his written off car it might just cover it :violin:

That video suggests there's certain corners that are famous for catching drivers off guard, is that right?
I've only done Nurburgring on Playstation and I know I have my challenging corners but games are a long way from reality.

Yep, you're liable for all damages. I went and checked it out when I was over there a while back but decided it'd be less hassle riding the Stelvio Pass...

Be cool to be a panel beater near the nurburgring. You'd get lots of business and be rich. You could afford to buy a fast car and go driving on the, oh, never mind.

The N Ring has always held a mythical place in my imagination. "One day..." I tell myself. Thanks for the video- actually seeing the madness that goes on there helps to strip away some of the gloss. The guardrail is where fantasy meets reality with a sickening crunch!

Track day? I've never done the Ring but it ain't no track day...
I dare say he rode a fair way to go and do the 'ring and he had some gear in the topbox.
