Took my Fireblade into TSS Red Baron for a major service and a WOF today.
Just wanted to give a shout out to the guys in the service dept. Job was done on time, for very close to the figure I was given when I booked it in, despite me asking them to do a bit more on the day. When I arrived to pick it up they went through everything that was done, and had a brief chat about the bike in general. On top of that they also gave it a good clean (better than I usually do too). Only downside was a slippery seat because they cleaned that too... Oh and the fact it costs money but I don't begrudge them that too much because I hate working on bikes!
The guy on the service desk (Ben I think) always looks harrassed and depressed but is nice to deal with anyway.
