Even if they earn only a few cents per visit by the time they have almost 4 million views (which this video does) that's a lot of cash. Oddly I was having this same discussion at home yesterday.
With the amount of "ancient" musicians touring at the moment (Lionel Richie, John Farnham, Springsteen, Dolly Parton, etc, etc) the chances of saying in the future "look, 1 erection/justine bimbo are touring again" are remote in the extreme.
"Fluff" musicians are dime-a-dozen and perpetually appear and then disappear rapidly. I suspect that the modern digital music maker, recording in a bedroom or a broom cupboard, using autotunes, will not be seen much in the future.

I guess ottotunes allows older, shittier voices, the ability to do a "comeback" tour however.:crazy::facepalm:
